The goal of the course is for teachers to have a basic understanding of the different forms of blended learning and how they might integrate them into their coursework.
This 3-hour self-paced course introduces participants to essential information about Open Educational Resources (OER). It includes key definitions, examples, and reflective activities presented primarily in multimedia format. The goal of the course is for teachers to have a basic understanding of the benefits of using OER, know where to find them, and how to evaluate their effectiveness.
The course is designed for instructors who are at the beginner/intermediate level of knowledge of technology tools and technology integration in the classroom. This course examines the why, how, and what questions for integrating technology in the adult education classroom:
- Why is technology important for instruction and learning?
- How do you approach integrating technology?
- What tools can you use to integrate technology?
This course takes approximately 4 hours to complete.
